We produce Wire Basket Spools like BS 200 , BS 300 & K415

We are one of the pioneers who manufacture wire basket spools in India. Wire Basket Spools are used to wind welding wires & MIG welding wires and SAW wires. BS 200, BS 300 & K415 are manufactured on specially designed automatic machines with servo systems. Our spools have absolute dimension accuracy and most suitable for high precision and random layer winding .

WIRE BASKET SPOOL BS200 5 Kg

Material: Uncoppered drawn steel wire of 4mm dia.

Capacity of welding wire: 5 kg

Winding Volume: from 1.188cm3

With its stiffness & precision, it allows high precision and random winding.

It is fully recyclable hence there is no extra cost of disposal.

Upon request, it can be provided painted in different colour.

BS.300

WIRE BASKET SPOOL BS300 15/18/22/27 Kg

Material: Uncoppered drawn steel wire of 4mm dia.

Capacity of welding wire: 15 kg - 18 kg - 22 kg - 27 kg

Winding Volume: from 3.922 to 4.767cm3

With its stiffness & precision, it allows high precision and random winding.

It is fully recyclable hence there is no extra cost of disposal.

Upon request, it can be provided painted in different colour.

K 415

WIRE BASKET SPOOL K415, 25 Kg

Material: un coppered drawn steel wire of 4mm dia.

Capacity of welding wire: 25 kg

Winding Volume: 5.772 cm3

With its stiffness & precision, it allows high precision and random winding.
